Located in the heart of the historic Cabanyal neighborhood in Valencia, Rocafull House, designed by osb arquitectos, is a testament to the transformative potential of careful rehabilitation. This project breathes new life into a long-abandoned ruin, converting it into a bespoke residence that balances modernist heritage with a design inspired by Arab culture. Within a neighborhood recognized for its architectural sensitivity, the challenge was to rehabilitate a non-protected building, respecting its urban context while fulfilling the client's vision for a space that is both contemporary and deeply rooted in tradition.
